We often go to this Chinese restaurant at Don Mills. I can say the food is great, nice place, the serving is good and price is real cheap. No reason it wouldn't suit your budget. However at lunch and early before dinner this area is always packed. You have to be on their waiting list before you can get seated. When I crave for congee or noodles we go here.

Aside from congee and noodles, they also have a wide variety of Chinese dishes. The restaurant also offers catering, party trays, and delivery with a minimum order of $25.
